What Can 30 Days Change?

Happy Wednesday, Reader!

So... I've been writing in a 5 year journal (5 lines per day, 5 years worth of prompts on a page). I'm on year 2, and it's fascinating to see how last year’s reflections shaped this year’s changes, all from just 5 minutes a day. There is so much power in awareness, that I'm utilizing our first round of GOAL30 to understand and improve my own relationship with overwhelm. In just 3 days, I'm learning already so much. I’ll share more soon, but for now, here are the latest updates from The Cheerful Mind!

Cheers!

PS: Reply to this email with questions or feedback—I love hearing from you!

🎉 Community Corner

I wanted to give you a peek behind the scenes at the incredible variety of goals our current GOAL30 community is working on right now:

Here’s what some of our members are focusing on this month:

  • Rediscovering self-authenticity and breaking free from old patterns
  • Finishing a fitness & nutrition challenge (and reclaiming space at home!)
  • Sparking creativity by 3D printing something new every day
  • Creating a new “religion” based on playfulness and joy
  • Simplifying systems for more presence at home and as a parent
  • Building confidence and mindset around work, sales, and marketing
  • Training for an epic walking trek across the West Highland Way
  • Tracking nutrition, increasing protein, and finding balance with real-life eating
  • Adding more fruits, veggies, and hydration (even during football season)
  • Reducing chaos and reclaiming a sense of calm and control

Every goal is unique, and every step forward counts. Whether it’s a big transformation or a small but meaningful shift, our community is supporting each other to make real progress.
